Co-Motion is having them made for their bikes now. $54.00 if you wanna put one of those dead-sexy oversized wing bars on your CoMo.
We have one on our Robusta, they are pretty nice also the stoker bar diameter matchs the 31.8 stem and bar I use up front in the drivers seat.

They are adjustable and I think there only available in black, they fit a 29.8mm seat post. You would need a shim if you wanted to use it on a smaller diameter seat post. Call Co-Motion they will give you all the details if your interested.

When it comes to c/f fixed, or adjustable, stoker *stems* check out ariZonatandems.com for photos and prices.
Stoker Kay has been using c/f stem + c/f bars + c/f stoker pegs for over 10,000 miles on our tandem; yup, she likes 'em!
A c/f adjustable stoker stem + those Co-Mo wing bars will add quite a bit of 'bling' (+ $$!) to your 2-seater!

I belive the post was talking about the 31.8 bar diameter stoker stems that Co-Motion is producing for there tandems. These stoker stems are not carbon fiber, they are aluminum, adjustable, black in color and have a 31.8mm 4 bolt cap bar clamp.
