NSC Track Class?

Has anyone had any experiences with the intro class at the Blane MN NSC Velodrome? I'm looking to try track riding now after riding fixed on the street for awhile. Looks like this will be a good way to get into it. Any input would be rad.

Dale Hughes that runs it has years of experience in track, mtb, and road. He knows track like LeMond knows road.
