the other day i was riding down at my local leisure centre when i fall over on the gravel and slide all over the place, my elbow opened up and blood everywhere :( im out of riding for ages and cant bend my arm, luckily i didnt break it, but still a huge hole. oh well!

Did you flat-out fall- or were you doing a trick and you fell? If the first one, that's just pathetic (and embarassing (sp)).
there wasnt enough skin left on my elbow to stitch!!!! it was that bad, i was doing a tailwhip wen i fell, im recovering ok though,

Until they get up caughing up blood, and you call 911, only to find out when they catch there breath that they cut up their teeth, and they didnt pop their spleen(the kid had mono, and your spleen fills up with blood or something like that...)
But he did like sprain his shoulder and mess up his face pretty good.

I totally was. Blame the doctors that told them they couldn't have kids. They adopted my brother and sister, then BAM! I showed up.
