I am re-building a bronze colored 74 Raleigh International and plan to re-build the wheels with Campagnolo Nuovo Record high flange hubs on modern 700c clinchers.
I would love to put Pariba Pro-Course (tan) tires on the bike but haven't been able to locate them. Does anybody have a source for the?

Pariba Pro-Course tires are made by Vredestein (Dutch) and distributed in the U.S. by Veltec Sports. You can call them at 800-991-0070, and their website URL is http://www.veltecsports.com/. They can tell you the name of a local dealer.
According to a Pariba Pro-Course review in Cycling News http://www.cyclingnews.com/tech/?id=2002/reviews/pariba_pro-course:
Pariba are a relative newcomer to the scene, but is a subsidiary of Dutch rubber giant (not giant rubber) Vredestein, the largest bicycle tyre manufacturer in Europe. The connection with Pariba is not well publicised, as the brands cater for different markets: Vredestein tend to address the needs of the masses, whereas Pariba focuses most of their attention on the high-performance devotees.
I just built up a similar wheelset; I used high flange Campy Nuovo Record hubs, DT Swiss double-butted spokes and Mavic OpenPro rims. You'll love the wheels on your Raleigh.
