Isnt there a way, if I take off my cog, and put a BB lock washer, it will make it fixed gear? I read that this would work for a single speed, but it didnt have anything about geared hubs. Thanks a bunch for any help on this!! :)

I just can't understand why you'd want to convert a 3-speed to a fixed or SS. I like fixed and SS and all that, but its really just an extreme reaction to overly complex expensive bikes with rediculous numbers of gears. A 3 or 5 speed internally geared hub is actually a more realistic compromise. A 3-speed hub conversion will never be as good as just getting a new hub (or wheel). If you insist on fixed or SS, just go with another hub. Why waste a good 3-speed?....But thats just me.

I just wanted to see if that would acually work, because I am saving for a good track hub and the sorts for another project. I am going to take your advice, and keep it stock.
