should i keep my 1 3/8 inch tires on my race bike or should i put some new wheels on it and some wider tires? if so wat kind of wheels?

You should save your money and buy an entry level street/dirt bike if you are planning on riding street/dirt. You will ruin everything on that race bike with any real hard riding.
