I found the hoops for cheap and I was going to get them laced to my stock DK flip-flop hub.
I've wanted a chrome rim for my back for a while and since I found these new and cheap I was wondering how good they are.
Also, my current rim is starting to seperate at the joint, is there a way to prevent this in the future?

my friend had a demolition rim for the front. it held up well, but then he bought some mighty nice 7k-a's.

LBS doesnt have those.
Then look into the new Primo Balance rims, or the Hulahoops
And if they dont have those either, look at the Sun City lites

i have hula hoops. They're mad strong but the chrome peeled off after just a month, maybe less. They still stop fine though.

demolition rims are fine. theyre a ***** to mount high pressure tires onto though... sort of like the triple wall hazard rim.

Thats the kinda info I wanted to hear.
What makes it so hard to mount a high pressure tire on?
