beleive it or not, try radiator repair and sales places, alot of them powdercoat radiators black, grey and white on the cheap. i used to use them when i was into racing cars and got my intercooler coated black to be less flashy.

i think the consensus is that you need to got to action powdercoating in farmingdale. i actually need to send them some chainrings.
