I was just looking at my official BF mileage chart and I noticed that I put in less miles on Tuesday than any other day of the week. I guess Tuesday is my lazy day, what’s yours?

Sundays. They don't call it the day of rest for nothing. Although now that the weather's getting nicer, that's been changing.

For me a lazy day is when I leave work early and put in extra miles.

Lazy days are when I coast the hills, don't bother to keep up with traffic and just ride slowly.
