xe.com/ucc (http://www.xe.com/ucc) is a pretty easy-to-remember way to convert currency.

hey everybody, whats goin on? I am just writing because I am starting to ride after sitting out for about 4 years, I kind of let it go and now I am going to start fresh, but so much has changed in that time period I really don't know where to start. BMX is my style, I love hitting dirt jumps and doing whatever, I want a strong solid frame and my set up will probably be a lot of Pr1mo stuff because they seem to always be pretty consistant with their stuff. I'm 5'7 about 150lbs, Ideally I'd like a frame length of 20.75 or so, but if you guys could get back to me with solid dirt frames that would be much appreciated. I wanna buy an entire set up because I can get a solid bike and save a little bit of money, so I am looking at buying a set up for inbetween 500 and 600. tell me what you think.

The Integral Bel-Air has tons of Primo parts, and its $579.99, but it has a 20.5"tt.

Also look at the Fit Flow, its a good complete, and it has your 20.75".

awesome, im glad that you said that cuz the Fit Flow was what I was leaning on getting, another question I have is handle bars, do you keep them fairly high or low? i've been told higher is better because it can give you better leverage. is that true?
