A pretty damn solid conversion. Quality (IRO) wheels, UN72 BB, Tange (!!) cro-mo, lugged, and all the braze-ons still on it. Even if you are against conversions, you could make this a pretty sick road bike by putting gears back on it...

-DiaCompe Royal S. DiaCompe levers with good hoods. The right lever is bolted solid.

-Nitto stem, Champion steel bars, new black bar tape, Sugino seatpost, Performance saddle, Hutchinson Fusion Compe tires, Tange Falcon headset.
This bike looks virtually new. I did not rebuild the headset because it was nice and smooth.
