Hi! the title says it all. I log about 15 miles total to/from work and about 40 miles on sundays. very interested in eating right and excercise. would love to ride for another 50 years! look forward to the info in the forums, been riding seriously for about 10 years, currently on a Trek 5200, looking for a change.:)
