Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with Osell frames? He had a small shop in Minnesota, I think. Thanks for the help. Zach

I can't offer any experience with Osell frames, as I don't own one.
I can confirm that Osell (Terry, I believe) closed his shop last year. He indicated that he made a good living at it, but it was time to retire. I also over-heard him saying something about continuing to build frames, IIRC.

I do not know anything about the Osell bike. Have you looked at Robert Beckman Designs? You can do a web search and his site will come up. He builds his own touring bikes and had a friend that bought on and he said he could not find a better laid out touring bike anywhere and loves his. It may not suit your needs, but the web site is full of interesting articles so at the very least it's worth while to read.
