Hello to all,
I'd like to intorduce myself as someone new to the bike having spent 20 odd years, and still doing some, in a rowing boat. Began cycling on the road less than a year ago as a means of cross training, and have enjoyed it since. Bike is a Giant CFR Pro series purchased from a friend into TRI's and is great. The endurance training of Rowing for many years has helped me hurt a few on our runs and the weight control benefit's are a real bonus!!
