I am attempting to cut out as many refined carbs as I can. I also have very little money. So anything I bring to work for lunch has to be fairly easy to make and not too fancy. I usually bring a sandwich, or pasta with meat. Since I am trying to cut out refined carbs it is very hard to come up with something healthy, filling, and minimally, or non-processed.
I am in no way against carbs and will continue to eat them; I am just trying to stay away from refined carbs such as pasta or bread. Of course I could always bake my own but that is a lot of work and it is started to get hot here. I also do not know how to make my own pasta.
I was wondering what sort of lunches you low carb people bring to work that are not to hard to make and do fine when they are re-heated.

Eggs,eggs,eggs-egg salad,fried scrambled eggs wrapped in foil for re-heating,Fraitia, and oh yeah Whey protein
Whole wheat pitas.
Bean soups, make your own. Cheapest thing out there.

If you can have dairy then yoghurt is good. Sour cream + blueberries. I've taken dried meat to work along with pickled vegetables like dill cucumbers and sauerkraut. The sauerkraut will get a comment or two!
If you have refrigerator space at work you could try one of my favorites. A low carb/high fat green salad. Its fresh sauerkraut, avocado, olives and dressed with extra virgin olive oil. Add salad greens and remove the sauerkraut it that's your thing but there's something about sauerkraut and avocado that just make them work together.

it's an acquired taste, but it is pretty cheap and portable too: pemmican. you can get it from uswellnessmeats.com. it'd dried grass fed meat and fat mixed together. you can order a big tub of the stuff that would probably last you a month for about 30 bucks. the indians used it as portable food when they needed to hit the trail for a long time. you could live on nothing else if you wanted to.

I also keep away from alot of starches and refined carbs. Here are some of the things I pack in my lunch:
Tuna: lots of it. Chop veggies in it and give squirt of low fat ranch dressing
Cottage cheese: slice and fruit or vegetable on it.
Canned chicken: see above on tuna
Sliced turkey and cheese: wrap in lettuce leaves or eat with knife and fork along with a piece of fruit
Poached fish: buy a cheaper kind of fish and poach it in chicken broth. Tastes great.
Turkey burgers: grill extras and have for lunch along with any kid of veggie.
Make sure you are getting enough carbs though through alots of fruits and veggies. If you don't you will not have the power to fuel workouts.

Fresh fruits and vegetables are a good source of nutrition, if it's in your price range. If you buy things in season, you'll get the most for your money. Bananas are pretty filling and usually inexpensive any time of the year.
Whole potatoes are always cheap and unrefined. You can cook them a billion ways. If nothing else, bake a few up and take one or two to work.
Pinto beans, or other legumes are good for you and cheap. A pound of dry beans is about as cheap as whole food gets. I have been told that beans and corn provide complete protein so add a can of corn and you can save money from buying meat. I'm sure some vegetarians can provide more/better guidance there.
Brown rice is a bit higher in price than white rice (less cost to make, but higher in price. go figure!). It takes about an hour to cook brown rice, versus white rice, but it's unrefined and still pretty cheap calories.
You can buy whole wheat bread, but it's hard to make good bread without mixing in some white flour, so any true whole wheat you find is going to be a specialty item with a premium price. Depending on the root of your aversion to refined carbs, you could, perhaps, compromise on unbleached white flour for baking. But that may not be acceptable to you.

Thank you for all your suggestions. There are so many options and, I was being ignorant. All this time thinking that all I could bring to work were sandwiches and pasta.
I Like the lettuce wrap option it sounds really good. Plain yougurt is definitly up my alley I was raised on yogurt and lamb as a kid.
It is funny that hummus was mentioned, I just made some last night. I think the sour kraut idea sounds good to considering that I am half of one.
Once again thank you all for your excellent suggestions.

Salad is always a winner.
Veggie plate with dip.
Hot dogs minus the bun.
Deli meats and cheeses.
Pepperoni makes a great low carb snack food.
There are some low carb tortillas out there that taste good. Some are terrible. Find one you like and use them in place of bread for sandwiches. Can also use them with canned chicken and cheese for a quick quesadea. They keep very well and take up little space.
Then you got the protein shakes for a quick dessert. The whey are my favorite, not as harsh tasting as the soy.
I usually eat.
Sandwich (whole wheat bread, mustard, cheddar cheese, lunch meat, romaine), banana, pear half or peach half, stringless peas, and some sort of chips (sun chips, usually).
