Fifty Plus (50+) - Sure is frustrating to log on here!

I know that my little vent won't change a thing, but I'll feel a little better when I'm through! Geesh, this site has the worst track record of all the sites I visit regularly in terms of logging on/off easily. It seems to get fixed, and then a couple of weeks later, we're back to square one. It's just SOOOOO frustrating!

Okay, I feel a little better. I know, I know. Who cares? :D

I actually have just as many problems at cyclingforums.com, but usually shorter duration "Server is too busy" there. And that seems to happen most frequently when this forum is having problems, so I think people switch over there for a fix when this site is down. :)

everyday I go through the slow process of either logging on or posting on one of the threads.

I know they know the problem exists. I know they are working on it. I post everything here, because this is my home base. My little rant isn't going to make them work faster, harder, or whatever. So I just came here to whine and such.

The site does seem kind of funky today -- multiple duplicate posts, timeouts, etc.

I think the dupes come from hitting the submit button more than once. The little MS Windows Flag doesn't wave while a post is submitted. If it takes a bit too long, I get tempted to hit the button again.

Next time this happens, go to your LBS and write the check for that Trek Madone 5.2 you looked at. May not solve the problems with the BFN servers, but it will sure make you think less about it :)
