Greetings from India. :)

I am a bit of an unconventional cyclist in the sense that I've done some hard core cycling (http://www.geocities.com/_suri/trip_account.html) in the Himalayas but have never really done a whole lot on a regular basis. Being in India is a big explanation since the traffic is a killer and Delhi - summer peak temperatures are like 47 centigrade - climate does not allow it unless it's at 5am.

Would love to hear from ppl if they want help in organizing a bike trip to India. There's lots of very interesting rides one can do in the himalayas.

My immediate need, to meet safety procedures set by my wife, is to buy a helmet w/ mirror and I'll start a thread to ask for advise on that.
