Any problem doing a sprint two weeks before and oly? I know If I was marathon training I wouldn't run a half marathon two weeks before my marathon.

Seems to me that if you are properly preparing for an oly, a sprint isn't much more than a good hard workout. Two weeks is plenty of time for recovery, and since the sprint doesn't sound like an "A" race for you, you can use it to practice transitions, or experiment with a new food or hydration system, etc. before the race that really matters to you.
One of things my coach has his athletes do pretty much every weekend (weather permitting, which in Seattle is not a given) is an overdistance, lower intensity triathlon workout (1/2 hr open water swim, 2-3 hour bike, 30 minute run), so dropping in a sprint in place of one of these workouts (like the race this Saturday) just sharpens the speed a bit.

MHR- I think you either have a studdering problem or an overactive finger
2 weeks after a sprint should be plenty of time to recoup provided you dont have an injury or accident.
