Hi all,
I know this is bikeforums, but I'm starting to work on my cardio for a sprint tri in the fall. I'm not much of a runner (or anything aerobic for that matter), despite playing hockey for 20 years. I've worked up to about 3 miles a couple times a week, but I'm getting legitimate rib pain after I get home. It's my lower couple ribs on both sides, and it feels almost bruised - like I got cross-checked during a hockey game. It's not debilitating or anything, but I couldn't find any info on it anywhere else. I'm not cramping while I run at all.
Any ideas?
