Hi, I had a look at my local charity shop and they had this old roadbike. It is a Niji Concord with Shimano 600, 10 speed, a lugged frame with aerodynamic frame tubes. It is too large for me but I am sure it would make an interesting singlespeed. I am just curious, has anyone heard of this bike company? I had a look on the net and zero information.

Some info or pics i found about NIJI bikes...

-Here there is a little video of a old NIJI: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vZ60TPoqZOU

-Here is a vintage, nice and clean one!: http://www.flickr.com/photos/10159136@N06/3521361633

Info about mine: From the 1990's not 70's like the previous infos above on other NIJI and it's made in Canada. I already strip the bike for a paint job, but i think it was right "1081 steel tubing" on it. Low end bike!? Maybe...
