Hi Folks,
I'm a roadie from NC. I started riding seriously last fall, four days after major surgical shoulder repair. The bike was a get well present from my wife.
I did my first century 10 weeks later (Dec 14). I've done another since then and hope to do at least one a month this year.
Between my bikes and a low carb diet, I've dropped 80 lbs since last spring, and I love to talk about it:)
