Training & Nutrition - Never work out with kids half your age

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Especially if they're defensive backs and free safety on a college football team.
OUCH! My hamstrings are sore!
All running workouts:
10x40 sprints
10x100 bounding
10x200 90% intervals
Good news is at 38 I still have 4.4 speed... once a year. :D
Bad news is I didn't complete the workout.

Good for You.
I'm 59 tomorrow, and ON A BIKE, I intimidate even twenty year olds! (Honest!!!) Take up biking.
Granted - running wise, I'm old and wise enough not to compete against youth with running.
BUT- I do Tri's and hold my own against all but 20-35 old males.

Good for you! I bike also, shoot I do it all. :) I hear you though, there are some 60 yr. olds who do all of it faster than me. I gotta wait till I'm 60 to get fast? Dang!
