I am a 73 year old male have rode a bicycle over 1/2 of my life & still enjoy it very much, I have a Trek 2300 & GT Mt Bike & a CompuTrainer, average over 3000 MPY live in a very hill area on a lake so must go up hill to get onto a good hwy, I have had diabetes since 1949, credit bike riding to my still good health, so hope to ride maybe 20 more years.

I forgot to mentioned in my emails that I'm 58. Hope I'm still riding 15 years from now. ;)

You have me beat by 10 years, so I guess I need to say I hope to ride for another 30 years.

Welcome to this forum. You seem like someone I would like to get to know. Too bad you Live in the South and I am in the Rocky Mountains.
