Living Car Free - Folding Bike Giveaway - DC

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
A neighbor gave me a folding bike with carry sack and instruction manual and two spare tubes. I took it for a test drive and found that even with the seat and handlebars raised to their maximum postitions, it is too small for me. My knees strike the handle bars. My neighbor asked that if I can't use it that I also give it away. So, I'll first make it available for free to a short car-free person. I'm like 6'2" or something so this bike won't work unless you're down in the 5' 8" or shorter? You just need to be able to meet me at the Woodley or Columbia Heights metro stop. The only strings attached are my neighbor's no-sell karma thing.
Ummmm... when?
I'm down one bike, and I'm petrified of what will happen if my one good bike goes bad. I can meet you Mon after work, but it would have to be before like... 5pm. It's right off my train line.
Oh, I'm like 5' 1 1/2", so if it's for someone who's 5'8", I guess it won't fit me. Then no big deal... find someone closer to that height.

Ok, you answered first. But its Monday already. Wed. is better for me, I have a Tuesday deadline. I think 5' 1" would work, the thing is adjustable downward. I'm not an expert on folders, I took it to give it a try. Which train line? If it is Green, Petworth is also a good stop since I work in Petworth.
If it doesn't suit you we can pass it down the list to m5ODX.
If that bike is anything like most folding bikes i've seen, it fits a wide range of people. If 5'8" is the max height, 4'6" might be the minimum. :)

Let me check my schedule. Send me a PM and let's coordinate something. Thanks! :)
