Triathlon - Just dared PEDALFORCE to come out with a TT/Tri carbon frame :)

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

The owner of pedal force even emailed me back asking me how much I would be willing to spend on such a frame. I told him Flyte just came out with a carbon TT frame and that I thought it was too expensive. $2000.00 is less than the average carbon TT frame but still way expensive. So I told pedal force that if they sell their regular road carbon frames for around $650.00 then a high end TT carbon frame could sell for $1000.00. Perhaps $1500.00 if it was an outstanding design. Anything more and your just paying for a brand name imo.

So hopefully he will email me back again this week with a response.
There are many happy pedal force customers here who will probably be very pleased if they do come out with an affordable high quality TT carbon frame.
We'll see.

Any chance that this frame will be able to fit a guy who is 6'6"? :D

I'm not in the market for a tri bike yet (current road bike is plenty of bike for me) but in 2 years I'll be ready to drop $5,000 on a tri bike...

Well the thing is I'm trying to encourage pedal force to help customers NOT have to pay $5000.00 on a good tri bike. They haven't emailed me back yet though with a further response.
But I'm gonna keep bothering them. :D

Good call. Cycling Plus did an article about affordable full carbon bikes and the Pedal Force bike beat out the other competitors. They seem to have a solid line of frames. Keep us updated. :)

Nothing to report concerning a pedalforce tri-frame. But it thats probably because they are concentrating on their QS-2 S frame (s for stiff?)

Its their new road frame. Its supposed to be a stiffer version of their QS2 frame. After that though maybe then they will concentrate on a tri-frame. :|

Those graphics are DISGUISTING. . . Looks like a little kid tried to carve blade into the frame...

Must be why the prices are so good. They haven't budgeted a graphic artist for any of the logos!

Fortunately if you email Petalforce they sometimes sell the frame without logos.
