Bought my tickets today for my Mobile to New Orleans trip Feb. 15-22nd!! Still not sure how to get all the way to New Orleans, but will figure that out along the way. Anyone interested? Right now I am by myself, maybe one friend is going to join, but there is certainly room for more.
The reason behind this particular section of the Southern Tier route is that Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana are the last three continental US states that I have not visited...just leaves Alaska and Hawaii.
