How used is it, what's the condition? New Formula wheelsets with decent rims can be had for a little less than that. I don't know much about Mavic rims, but that offers seems OK. It's nothing that I'd worry snatching up before someone else does.

New it would be a great price if it was a quality wheel built. The cheapest fixed sets out there are formulas with mavic cxp22's, and the MA3 is a way better rim than that. Used, it would have to be pretty durn nice.
