Hey, not a serious biker here, maybe oneday. Any of you have the Trek 7000?? Like it? Dislike it???
I want a bike to be versatile: some road with friends, but not cross country and to take camping with us. Some, very little offroad. Mostly roads/stateparks. Is it durable?? Comfortable?? I've test ridden it a little and liked the feel of it.
Thanks,
Mark

How old are you, what's your price range, and what will you be using it mainly for?

Hmm, correct me if i'm wrong, but I don't think that Trek has made a 7000 mtn bike for a while? I have a 1989 Trek 7000 mtn bike. The frame is solid as a rock, I'm waiting on new parts, stem, handlebar and what not to make it how i like it, so I can't comment on it anymore since I havent really ridin it.
