I went the farthest I've ever gone today, 80 miles. A bit of climbing and still averaged 20.1 mph and the legs feel fresh. Best of all, my rear/taint area feels phenominal, the new saddle is just what the doctor ordered.
My have to have a drink tonight to no more numbness.
I am doing 80 again next week and then a 100 in about 3. My goal is to go out and do IM WI bike course at the end of the summer, two weeks after my last race, in prep for next year. Hopefully close to or at goal race pace for the following year, 22mph.
