Hi,
I'm interested in one of these Downtube bikes after reading a few threads and seeing the mainly positive responses from people that already have one.
However, i'm slightly confused as to the difference in the 2 above models. The downtube website states that one is 9spd and the other is 8spd but all the pictures _seem_ to be of the same model. Do both bikes use the same frame?
Also, does anyone know where i can get one in the UK other than from ebay?

The only differnce is the drivetrain, the frames are the same. The 9sp has a cool carbon fiber look, and it shifts smoother than the 8sp. Currently, we are only selling on ebay.co.uk, however we will expand to overseas sales on www.downtube.com soon.
