7410 crankset has a lower profile and requires a 103mm BB. 7400 crankset is 112mm. Wondering if
I can use a 7400 crankarm and reuse the crank rings from the 7410 crankset. thanks.

the short answer is yes. they are both 8-speed cranks, which you can also use on a 9-speed drivetrain with or without 9-speed rings.
