Per the spoke calculator, I need 3 different, but very close, lenghts for new wheels that I'm building: 293,294, and 295 mm. Shimano ultegra hubs matched to velocity aerohead rims, 32 spokes.

Can I just purchase 294s for all? or should i get the 3 different lengths?

Thanks.

I'd buy all three sizes. But if you are going to try it with one sizes get the shortest, 293. If you were to buy long you would run the risk of running out of threads on the driveside rear, not good.

It would depend on the amount of dish the rear wheel requires and that is determined by the design of the hub. Sometimes you can dish them with the same spoke length and different tension on drive and non drive side. Sometimes you can't. I would get all three sizes. Or at least, the largest and smallest sizes. The front wheel may get by ok with one of the other sizes, assuming it is the middle size from the calculator.
