easy way? screwdrive. see if you can stuff an old dirty t-shirt or some padding down their first to prevent denting it.

OMG, the Mcdonald will only make you more hungry, If it the unsealed bearings type, you should be able to take a chissle, place it inside the BB against the bearing thingy, and then hit it with a big @$$ hammer. This should dislodge the 2 BB bearing shells.

True bmxer??? I've been riding on and off since before sept 11 2001. I don't care how good or how bad i am at biking i ride for fun, and your advice is nothing to me i've been a member of this forum for over a year now, I know how beerman is.

go look up mike accrayns sp?? or how ever it is spelled he is like 3 times bigger than me and dose back flips. Also Robbie morales is a bigger guy that rides and so is Steve crandal.
The reason you may have not seen to many posts is do to the fact that in may of 05 my computer took a crap so i had to save up and buy a new one and that took me a while with some of the things i had to deal with. Thats why i'm finaly back on now.

I don't know if I have bad fashion or not.. medium hair that I don't really worry about, jeans of the non-female variety, black t-shirts mostly, skate shoes, cheap watch. When it's winter add a sweater, a jacket, a hat, gloves and a frown on my face because I'm *****ing about the cold.

If I don't wear gloves when it's cold my hands get numb and I can't use my camera or even grip the bars usually. I've had minor frostbite so the circulatioin is messed up.
