I bought a set of used Tiagra shifters and the mostly shift fine except a particular problem with the right shifter. The small lever gets stuck shifting from the 6th cog to the 7th, 7th to 8th, and 8th to 9th. I can unstuck it by shifting to a larger cog first then shifting to the smaller cog. Anyone know if this can be remedied?
