Ok so I striped the derailleur hanger threads when dismounting it for a deep cleaning on a road Cannondale.
I found a new replacement on ebay (hey they come in colors!) but it appear these are not original replacements (there’s no claim to be) & it’s slightly different in shape.
Looks like it may work but new hanger's threaded hole would be positioned about 3-4 mm lower than it used to be. Is this going to be a problem or should I try to get my money back?
