how much should i be asking for this setup? not looking to get rich, not looking to get taken.. just want a few bucks to fund the city bike for transportation.

i dont remember what headset or anything, its been years. the bike is in storage, haven't ridden it in a while. its in charlotte nc until july, when it joins me back in nyc. overall, should be in good shape, i never really rode it hard, never wrecked or raced it. some dirt jumping just to keep the chain loose really.
just looking for some opinions really. i'll try to post pictures asap..
