It will happen almost everywhere, slowly but surely. Will take decades but bicycles will reign for short trips.

Yeah, as much as I'd like to think this will happen, I'll believe it when I see it. The whole country is increasingly obsessed with cars.


an announcement which came on the heels of another two days prior, ordering that government employees take public transportation or ride bikes to work.
