Does anyone know of a quality, low profile, clincher rim available in 40 hole drilling? Ideally I want a clincher rim that is as close to the average tubular rim as possible, 16mm height or less x 20mm width or less is what I am after. I have been looking for hours online and any rim I find that fits the profile, such as the Mavic Open Sport, is not available in 40 hole drillings. Any rim suggestions or online shop suggestions would be much appreciated.

Try Mavic A719 in 40 hole. Peter White, a very experienced wheel builder, recommends them. Very nice braking surface and strong.

Velocity also makes a very highly rated 700 in 40 and 48.
