A Spinner Ammo fork (Google it) and dirt jumping/dirt trail riding.

A runny oil on the stanchions helps. I used to do it with my MZ-comp and it made it work soooo much better. Then I upgraded to a fork with open bath damping. No need for lubrication, but I still do once in a while.

jason222, what was the kind of oil (motor oil, WD-40, or something else)I never had to lube my old fork. However,i am suppose to lube my stanchions and wiper seals after every ride on mynew fork, Rock Shox Boxxer Ride, sorry for the threadjacking

WD-40 isn't an oil. Water Deterent, Attempt 40.

It works somewhat well as a lubricant, but it's not an oil.

Go to a home improvement store and look through the tubes of oil they have. Some might say "bicycle friendly", those are often good. You want to stay away from thicker stuff like grease. You don't need to use much really. Bike shops often carry the proper oils and lubricants, but they're more expensive.

They came stock on my new 06 ironhorse yakuza chimpira so I got to try a fork other that marzocchi or rock shox and I like them alot, they have really nice rebound. For a brand I haven't heard of, or for any brand for that matter, I like them.

use your chain lube, as long as your chain lube is not WD40
