I need to know what helmet is good for mountain biking. nothing special, no jumping involved, just trail riding. Right now i have a Giro and it drives me nuts!!!! please reply.

Whats wrong with it? All I can say is go try some out at your LBS. Nobody can recomend the perfect helmet for you as everybodies head is diffrent.
Eather I am not picky or just got lucky but I asked for a cheap black helmet when I got my bike from my LBS and they put a Trek Vapor3 on my head and it feels perfect to me and has that cool quick adjust dial on the back, so thats my helmet!

lol, ya, its probably just my HEAD!!!! lol. but never mind, i fixed the problem. i need to read the manual next time thanks!!
