Hello I am new to the community and wanted to introduce my self. I am a recent U.S.C grad in Los Angeles quickly falling in love with the restoration game and I have just purchased an Italvega and wanted to know if you all had some good wisdom on the subject.
A vintage Italvega road bike from the 70s. This was made in Italy and signed by the designer, picture 2. This is a 21 inch frame. It is in unrestored condition. Everything is original except the pedals, the seat, and the rims and tires of course. Very straight frame, excellent balance, double butted frame. There is some corrosion but considering its age, not bad and certainly restorable.
