Does anyone know of sources for a 20" fork w/ Extra Long Steerer?
Needs to be a 1" steerer (length 230mm... more if possible...)
I tried searching this section, but apparently search is currently down...

9 inches?. good luck. If you are putting it on a SWB, then lengthing it won't be a problem. Just cut-off the threads first (because the crucial wall thickness is less), and have someone sleeve and TIG weld an extension (robbed from another quality, chromoly fork). Jigging is simple; Just c-clamp the butted tubes between two lengths of 1" x 1" x 1/8" angle iron (positioned at 180) to keep the tubes straight. Bare in mind, the stresses are much higher at the lower headset bearing of the steer tube so the weld (seam) should be as high as possible (and why I do NOT recommend this proceedure on LWB bikes).
I've heard that '01-'03 EZ-Sport Forks have approx that length (and diameter) of steerer, I just don't have any confirmation that 451 wheels would fit (I know I would have to either adapt or modify the brake bosses to fit).
