BMX - Are there different sized pegs?

Hi i have a "Haro Backtrail X1". I know its for dirt jumping, but i would like to know if any pegs can fit on to this particular bike. I want to start freestyling again and my old pegs dont fit on the nuts because the nuts are too big. Overall, my question is are there different sized pegs? (Particularly ones that fit the backtrail X1)

there might be a size that would fit your bike. serch around on the net and see what u can find. if not, im sure you could go to ur local bike dealer and see what they have to say. usualy they will look stuff up for u and if its out there, u can have them order it. as far as i see it, all bikes that dont really need pegs, but would like pegs, should have pegs. but anyway, see what they say.

hey. well i beleive the X1 has 14mm axles and i bet your old pegs were for 3/8" axles. im assuming that by nuts you meant the axles which are the long threaded piece of metal that goes through the wheel hub. anyways you could drill out your old pegs to fit on your thicker axles but it would probably be better just go and by some new pegs. i used to work in a bike shop and they sold the haro pegs which seemed alright for starting out. they arent to expencive so you may want to look at those. but if you want some really nice durable pegs i would look at kink or animal. anyways i hope that helps a bit
