Can any body help.Every time i use my turbo trainer i get a puncter. Its mad,i repear,or put another tube in and the same happens again.I woundnt mind but the puncters are tire side so i dont think its a spoke problem.I can find nothing sharp in the tire
And the punctures change position slighltly but on the same area
of the wheel.
Its driving me nuts, what can it be?
Sorry about spelling,but im fuming.

How odd!
Have you run your fingers around inside the tire to make sure there is nothing stuck in the tread? A thorn or a tiny bit of wire stuck in the tread could cause a problem like that.
Yes iv been all around the tire time and time again,

Here's a thought. Rotate your tires. If you don't flat on the rear anymore, you'll know the problem was with the tire. If you do flat, you'll know it's not the tire and then you can focus on the rim/spokes, or the trainer itself as the source of the problem.

Check your rim tape ... I was having the same issue and it was the rim tap sinking into the spoke holes in places which in turn, the tube was try to go into the spoke holes also.

Inspect the outside of the tire tread. Anywhere that you see a crack or small cut (there are probably several if you ever ride on the road) squeeze the tire to open the cut up. You will likely find a small piece of glass in one or more of them. These are usually not noticeable from the inside of the tire but when inflated and ridden on they poke out just enough to slit the tube. I have had many a frustrated customer come to me with recurring flat troubles and if it wasnt the rim strip then it was always a clever piece of glass hiding in the tire.

Thanks.Im really going to go over the tire with a fine tooth come.
And thats a good idea about putting the front tire on the rear.
ILL try it and let you know how i get on.
Mabey you should try vacuuming your carpet once in a while.;)
Looks like its the wheel.Changed tire and still getting punctures.
Are you sure it's not a pinch flat?
Does the roller make contact with the tire on the outside?

or the rim?

Is the puncture on the outside or the sidewall?
No but what i have noticed is that i have got a flat spot on the rear wheel which causes vibration.
