Tomorrow starts my debut in this years Senior Games in Colorado. I've trained as much as I could the last month or so. I've done tempo rides and intervals, hills and wind, high cadence and low lactate. The good news is I feel pretty good going in...the bad news is my 10K mock time trial times are about 10 minutes slower than the slowest 'REALLY' old guys last year. Tomorrow I have 4 track and field events, Saturday is the 10K time-trial and 20K road race, Sunday is the 5K time trial. I'll post results back afterward, but good, bad, or indifferent I plan on having fun. So Dnvr, watch the obits for me if I don't post back, and everybody pray for divine intervention...
