I home built a LWB recumbent, but as far as a home built seat most have not worked. I am interested in locating and inexpensive recumbent seat..........like the picture posted, Thanks

The seat you have pictured is available on eBay. When I was looking for a seat, I believe the Bicycleman had some on special for about $100. You'll have to email him.

Ever consider a bucket seat from a very small car in a junk yard??

Nah mate, not sweaty at all. Just use a wood bead seat like I do. :D :D

This style seems to be used on many recumbent bikes and trikes
