Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

My name is Chris and I've been riding bikes seriously on and off for almost 35 years. I did a little racing, some touring in the US and Europe, and a lot of just plain riding. I run a little company called Velo Orange (http://www.velo-orange.com/) that makes and sells gear for cyclo-tourists and randonneurs and also have pretty popular blog (http://velo-orange.blogspot.com/) about classic bikes, my company, touring, and whatever else comes to mind.

My current bikes include an Ebisu (the best all around bike I've ever ridden) with a mix of Campy Chorus and classic components, a Bottecchia Professional with Campy Chorus 10spd, a top of the line 1972 Starnord racing bike in mint condition with all French components, a Kogswell model P that is the test bike for our products, and a Motobecane Grand Jubilee set up as a city bike.

Now that the introductions are completed, where's the bar?
