Professional Cycling For the Fans - Why the 06 TDF will suck.

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
The doping allegations are now rampant. ASO wants Astana-Wurth out, so there goes Vino. Puerto has now implicated Ullrich...I'm sure as hell not watching Basso cruise through this for a month alone.
There may no one left by Sunday-does the TDF need this?

They've got 5 days to fiqure whats gonna go down. What would suck is if they let Ullie get halfway and yank his chain. If he's guilty then so be it. Agreed he and Basso will make this tour. As impressive as Basso was at the Giro, it was almost boring because nobody had a chance.
Basso is due to get popped for doping too, fat lady hasnt even started warming up yet, the doping allegations may just be getting started.
I think a tour of no names would be pretty cool actually, racing is racing, and having to find new people to cheer for is always kinda cool I think.

Riis had 58% HCT at times during the TdF, The year he won, Ullirch was his mountain goat. Now Basso is his star.

At this rate we will be cheering for all U23 kids or Cat 2 racers by the end of August.
.....I don't even want to think how difficult the olympic testing is going to be!

If an unknown wins the blood suckers will most likely drain him dry after all the tests are done to prove him to be doping. Even if no evidence is found the new papers will just turn it sour.
Hopefully someone like Christophe Moreau could mix things up, he has been riding strong and might of not met his peak.

You know they are going to neutralize a stage at some point in protest of this article and the way the ASO is handling the Wurth team.
