I seem to get the same problem but when its much colder, Around (5F -15C) and below. I would love to hear the answer to this one.Is it two many carbs, two much protein or the cold temps(Maybe Grandma's cooking.):)

It sounds like a weakened immune system that is making you susceptable to these symptoms.Extremes in temperature, too much sugar, too much training(ie overtraining)can all weaken the immune system. This is why many people experience colds, flu etc. during winter months and so is not really that unexspected for you to be experiencing this.I would advise in particular to dress properly while riding in a wet and cold weather combination as this combination can literally be deadly(hyperthermia) when taken too far (ie you definately want to avoid becoming wet in cold weather).P.S. If your not already using a water/wind resistant/proof outer shell layer this would be highly recommended.

"Hyperthermia" would actually be getting too hot. "Hypothermia" is what happens when you get cold.:D

Thanks for the correction.I was originally not going to use the word because I was unsure of the correct spelling lol.
