Hey all!

Does anyone have some good reccomendations for ice packs? Reusable ones to be more specific.

I have some basic gel ones that are ok, but they dont retain too too well, plus they dont really work too well on my back area etc.

Thanks!

I have some awesome gel ones from a physical therapy office from when I got in a car wreck. You might call one and see if they have a source for them. They can also be heated up and used for heat packs.

I use the ContourPac Cold and Hot. I like them cause they have the velcro and can be folded to fit any part of the body.

You can buy them at Safeway grocery and several other places including Performance Bike (http://www.performancebike.com/shop/profile.cfm?SKU=20414&subcategory_ID=2416) < < < Link to the ContourPac
